"Acacia" Barrels
Additionally, we produce barrels made from Acacia, elaborated on the same process as for American Oak (sawn and air dried). Acacia is mainly used to bring very fine aromatic notes, such as Acacia flower, honey, Lime, white flowers ….. on white dry wines, liquored wines and eventually on red wines. We will generally blend these barrels together with French Oak ones.
